SPORTS PHYSICALS

If your child's physical is going to expire during the season, the system will not let you register.

Physicals are good for 3 years from the date of the exam, and must be valid for the entire season the athlete will be participating in.  A valid physical must be in our system in order to open the online registration form.  Only page one of the MSHSL Sports Qualifying Physical Exam Form is needed for participation.  New physicals require 24 hours to process

Physicals can be submitted via e-mail (margaret.schley@mvpschools.org), fax, US Mail, or by dropping off at the Irondale Activities Office (see the MSHSL Physical Exam for more details).  To check the date of a student’s last physical, log in to your ParentVUE account and select the Student Info tab.  The current physical date is located at the bottom of the page (currently not available though the mobile app).  Copies of the 2024-25 MSHSL Physical Exam Form are available online, and in the Activities Office.

Parents can check the current status of their child’s physical through their ParentVUE account by selecting the Student Info tab.  The physical date is located at the bottom of the page.

CAP ON CO-CURRICULAR FEES

There is a $700 maximum amount of co-curricular fees a family may pay each school year. The system will now automatically calculate your fee if you have reached the maximum. If you are registering multiple students while reaching the cap, please process one at a time to allow the system to calculate properly.

Please contact Maggie Schley at 651-621-6822 or via email at margaret.schley@mvpschools.org if you encounter any issues. Activities listed on the Athletics & Fine Arts Offerings sheet apply towards the $700 family cap. This does not include Summer Strength and Conditioning.
